For a defence agency, this consultant project managed BaaN ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities included:

Providing leadership, facilitation and subject matter expertise with respect to the database management, design and data management, including data cleansing and migration from legacy systems to new ERP system.
Leading the development of the end-to-end supply-chain business process model for use as training tool.
Managing all aspects of maintenance repair and overhaul related supply-chain processes covered: development of sales proposition, through forecasting, order entry and planning to operations planning, execution and delivery.

Model used as the main training platform for the organisation’s entire population of ERP stakeholders.
