SME Leadership & Management Training

Thank you for checking out the details of the SME Leadership and Management Training Programme. 

We are really excited to have been asked to provide you with access to some of the UK's leading thinkers on business strategy and execution.  REAL PEOPLE  DELIVERING MILLION POUND RESULTS.

We have pulled together 3 programmes for you to consider, but if you want to discuss a programme tailored to your exact needs – just call me and we will work through a tailored solution.

QUICK SUMMARY:

• The Government has set aside up to £1000* training grant for London’s small to medium enterprises.
•  The funds are there to help you develop your entrepreneurial skills to grow your business.
•  The clock is ticking – applications need to be in by 10th December (to access courses early 2011).

To get started all you have to do is tell us what training you want and we will help you complete the forms.  

Our programmes aim to take you from strategy through to implementation.  Working off site and with other companies similar to yourself you will attend a one day workshop – to develop your knowledge and skills.  All the insights and tools will then be delivered to your team/colleagues through an on site half day in-house training course (to enable you to take what you have learnt back in house ).  You will then be supported over the next 3 months to enable you to implement your actions and see real results for your business.

We can provide all 3 modules for £1500 of which you’ll only pay £500**.  Alternatively, you can just attend the one day workshop at no cost.

We are currently running courses in:

• Competitive Marketing – ‘Powerful Marketing strategies to attract large numbers of new customers
• Sales and New Business Development – ‘Converting leads into profitable business’
• Financing a Leaner Business - ‘Growing your business profitably’

*    The Training Grant is worth £1000.  The one day workshop costs £500 which is fully funded without any contribution from your business. If you wish to take up additional mentoring and support there is a further £500 funding available but this needs to be matched £ for £ by your business. To qualify for the training grant you must employ between 5-249 people (which includes volunteers) and not have accessed the funding previously .
