He delivers sustainable Independent “Client-side” Change for Major Programmes with particular emphasis on benefits driven business-led use of IT. He is a very successful, skilled and experienced Business Leader with a strong reputation in the marketplace. His Consulting Partner experience lets him operate capably and confidently at Board and all other levels and he delivers the energised leadership and hands-on support necessary to ensure success. He has excellent relationship skills and very quickly forms lasting and valuable business contacts at board and all other levels. As an ERP Programme Advisor he is able to support every aspect of the Programme and his Client’s Business.

• Significant experience in all programme elements including developing ERP direction and strategy, business requirements, business case, package selection, change management, consulting, hardware as well as the business structure, requirements and responsibilities.
