This consultant is a widely experienced business person who has operated at senior levels as both manager and consultant. He has founded businesses, as well as managing and advising them. A qualified accountant and MBA, his career has also included programme and project management for large projects, business process analysis and design, launching and running businesses and facilitating change programmes that develop the people as well as the organisation.

This consultant has worked for a number of Life and Pensions companies in senior roles, including:

• being the Sales and Marketing Director of NEL Britannia
• the first Chief Executive of Direct Line Life

He subsequently became a director of the software house Allfinanz.  As a consultant, his projects have included:

• undertaking a major IFA research project for Munich Re on new business models
• helping an IFA consolidator in developing its strategy
• building a network of IFAs for Education Advisers Ltd (an education consultancy)

He is also a founding shareholder in Monevate, the on-line IFA.
