This consultant is an experienced Project and Quality Manager delivering high profile systems development and implementation projects.

He used a UK focal point for International initiative on Quality, using Capability Maturity Model (CMM) as a vehicle for change. His key responsibilities during his career has been the implementation of Sapiens Integrated Management System (SIMS), built using the Oracle Applications 11i ERP suite.  The day-to-day involvement within the SIMS environment – including provision of support to all layers of management within the UK office. Providing 1st line support to Project Managers and Finance division in determining their best approach in the execution of their responsibilities within this discipline. 

He has been responsible for the preparation and testing of new features within the SIMS environment.  The preparation of plans, forecasts, works schedules in pursuance of business opportunities.  Producing reviews and audits of current working practices.
