This consultant is educated to degree level with a proven history of programme management within large complex IT projects as enablers for change to financial, utility and insurance companies.  He also has a very good e-commerce knowledge.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Project management of complex ecommerce applications using J2EE, .netv2, Web logic etc
• Full lifecycle experience including business case preparation for business change programmes for FTSE100 clients such as Norwich Union, Royal Sun Alliance, HBOS and government departments such as DWP
• Communication at all levels including main board, project boards, projects steering committees and multi-discipline business teams.
• Experience of managing technical and non-technical teams
• Providing mentoring and training to all internal staff (particular to Prince 2 methodology).
• 15 years project management experience with direct management responsibility for projects ranging from £1m to £20m.
