• Many years of I.T. experience at all levels.
• Considerable expertise in the field of Project Rescue.
• Capable of managing, motivating and developing very large and complex teams (largest had indirect reports in excess of 4,800) to achieve desired objectives. Equally content with smaller projects.
• Strong sales, marketing and negotiating abilities used in winning and defining contracts on best terms and negotiating with difficult organisations.
• Strongly user-oriented, providing advice on all aspects of I.T. and associated procedures for its introduction and optimal operation.
• All-round technical background incorporating systems and programming in a variety of techniques and languages.
• Ability to use pragmatic business approaches and solutions to achieve success.
• Has successfully used all major Project Management methodologies.
