This consultant is a Strategist and Programme Manager with 17 years experience of change management consulting, the last 10 specialising in merger integration and separation programmes. Operating at Partner level at IBM and Ernst & Young and is ,therefore, one of the most experienced practitioners in this field in Europe.

He has supported over 50 clients to successfully navigate the post-deal phase of their acquisitions and disposals, addressing the separation and integration programmes needed to realise the value implicit in the transaction. 

He typically engages well before Day One in terms of acquisitions and addresses pre-deal integration strategy, NewCo operating model development and organisation design, post-deal programme design, Day One readiness, first 90 days and post-deal synergy capture.

Where a separation programme is involved, early input tends to be around separation issues and as the transaction evolves the focus tends to move on to separation planning, programme design and management and Transition Service Agreement development

His experience includes supporting management teams in both a corporate as well as a private equity situation to swiftly design and execute their integration/separation programmes to:
• accelerate value realisation
• minimise value leakage and integration risks 

He has worked with clients across most sectors and geographies, where clients have ranged from small, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial companies to very large, global companies.
