At Alba Life expenses were reduced from over £41m in 2000 to projected £18m in 2003, and staff numbers from over 700 to fewer than 325, with improved customer service.
Improved customer service at Barclays Life whilst reducing the costs with an increase of 70% in new business. As Operations Director at Aegon achieved significant improvement in business controls. At short notice took over the management of Standard Life Mutual Funds operations.
Change Management
Achieved major changes in culture, customer service, control environment and quality at Alba Life, Barclays Life and Aegon, resulting in quantum increases in productivity and 90% reduction in complaints.
Re-engineered the structure and processes to maximise the benefit of migrating systems at Scottish Hydro and Alba Life. Programme Director for preparation for the company’s growth plans and the introduction of new enterprise wide IT systems.
Managed the lift and move of Zurich Life’s Operations, and the Outsource contract with CSC.
Efficiency Improvement
