This consultant is an experienced and qualified Programme Manager / Director, who has specialised in change management within the financial services industry.

His focus on implementation of best practice, strong governance, risk management and effective planning has resulted in a track record of success in delivery of complex projects and programmes with budgets up to £30m.

The holder of full practitioner certification in both Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Prince2 methodologies, he also has the experience of implementing these methodologies as best practice standards in two leading Financial Services organizations.  He has a background in Information Technology which has resulted in a strong analysis and design sensibility which, combined with the advantage of being highly ‘technology literate’, adds value to his business change roles.

This consultant displays a strong focus on retail banking, with a total of 9 years at 2 major banks, working on a variety of projects including wealth management projects and deployment of investment centres (branch and call centres).
Specific business area knowledge has been gained through execution, or audit of change programmes, as well as carrying out the operational risk assessments required throughout the Sarbanes Oxley Programme. These areas include credit card services, mortgages and near-prime lending, through work at 4 major UK lenders. 

Experienced at working with senior executives, has strong communication, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.  He also has significant experience working in Europe and Asia and has an appreciation of engaging with, and adapting to diverse cultural environments, always focussing on the objective of successful delivery.
