This consultant has a broad range of experience in managing change programmes in large financial services organisations, stretching from strategy and business definition through to the implementation of advanced processes and systems.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with a Big Five firm he joined the Ericsson Group, where he became Financial Controller of a UK subsidiary. He then moved into management consultancy where he concentrated on business process re-engineering and technology innovation, working for several major firms. As an experienced consultant he has managed projects involving major business change, typically working at a senior level in challenging environments. He combines a business-driven approach with hands-on experience of technology and systems development to deliver on time and on budget.

In the last ten years he has focused mainly on investment management and retail financial services. He has an extensive knowledge of retail investment and life and pensions products and their associated back-office processes, and an understanding of the latest regulatory developments such as Sarbanes-Oxley and Basell II.
