This consultant is an experienced Project Management professional with proven track record in all stages of Programme and Project Management.

Key Skills include:

• Programme Office set-up (including Programme Management control processes and procedures).
• Programme Office and Project Management control and reporting mechanisms including planning, status reporting, liaising with programme and project managers, preparing Board–level papers, controlling risks and issues and ensuring all programme dependencies are managed.
• Project Definition (defining objectives, scope, deliverables and alignment with business case/mandate).
• Planning (production of deliverables based technical work plans to support the accomplishment of project objectives with supporting resource plans).
• Budget Management (set-up of project budgets and work packages and subsequent tracking and control)
• Programme/Project Planning and Dependency Management (including definition of programme/project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and subsequent integration of project and programme plans.
• Project Management (defining, scheduling and managing problems and delivering).
• Risk and Issue Management (capturing, tracking, reporting and escalation).
• Financial Reporting (spreadsheet analysis)
• Document Management (for programme and project deliverables – internal and external).
• Meetings Management (minutes, briefing notes, presentations, project boards).
• Management of junior staff.
• Planning workshops (preparation for and support/facilitation).
• Quality Review Workshops (preparation for and support/facilitation).
• Strong communication skills coupled with effective consulting skills.
