This consultant's ability to solve complex business problems, to create order out of chaos and to work at board level combined with his breadth and depth of experience of managing delivery and consulting in business operations, change and strategy enable him to develop and secure buy-in to large complex change programmes/projects and to see these through to successful delivery in challenging circumstances by maintaining a balanced focus on business, technical, stakeholder and delivery management issues.

He has 20 years experience in this area, gained within the UK wider public sector as well as the motor industry and banking. He was PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Lead Practitioner for Programme and Portfolio Management, has managed, advised on or reviewed a number of the most high profile public sector projects and was a recognised thought leader within PwC on business performance improvement and change (including the issue of complexity and simplification) and worked on some of the firm’s key business development initiatives.

Particular Expertise:

  • Business-focused consulting (strategy, value creation, business model and architecture, performance improvement, change strategy)
  • Management, design and review of Business Process Reengineering, Operational Improvement and IS Programmes and Projects o Performance Improvement (cost, time to market, quality) in knowledge / thought intensive businesses
  • Working with (and often coaching) demanding stakeholders in challenging environments and delivering against the odds
