Consultant: CT00022

An independent management consultant with expertise in all aspects of large scale organisation change, programme management, continuous improvement and systems implementation.  He has significant experience of delivering large scale business change, particularly in an IS environment.  With strong interpersonal skills, he has a commercial sales focus and a proven track record of developing effective client relationships. 

Previous experience includes working for a big 5 company in their UK Business Transformation, Programme Management and Information Systems divisions.  This included managing business change initiatives, led de-merger and separation implementations, and delivered IT and package enabled re-engineering programmes, including (at the time one of Europe’s largest ever) multinational financial ERP implementations.  He has worked extensively in complex programme and project management environments, ranging from advising client executives on strategic direction and tactical initiatives to hands-on delivery of long-term change with responsibility for over 100 staff. 

This consultant is widely regarded by colleagues and clients for his practical focus, ability to deliver complexity under pressure, and respected by those who have worked for, with and above him.
