- All solutions designed and delivered to be capable of operating as industry utilities – a design concept that should be the shape of the future of software development and delivery in this industry but is far beyond most other systems capabilities.

Special area of expertise is all aspects of DC pensions, including thorough and intuitive understanding of where the regulations are going and the implications of this on Providers, distributors and software suppliers, allowing me to utilise this in directing and leading expert business consultants in understanding what they need to do in a variety of circumstances.
- Excellent knowledge of the full range of products – in excess of 100 different products.
- Technical product expert in all areas of personal and occupational pensions, and extending to all life, pensions and investment products. Fully up-to-date on all major developments, consultations, regulations and industry standards and initiatives, including Pensions Act, A-day, etc.
