With a proven track record of more than 13 years in supporting Boards of major companies in the UK, US, Continental Europe and South Africa, he is passionate about working with clients to deliver challenging value creation goals. The focus of his work over this period has been on working with senior management to develop breakthrough business insights and pragmatic solutions to key business issues. His role has often involved acting as an interim manager to facilitate/drive the necessary strategic, organisational and operational changes required within the client's organisation to ensure successful implementation/value delivery. The underlying goal of every client engagement has been to build/maximise the long term cash flow generating potential of the business. During his time in the above consulting practice, he has developed a unique and powerful set of methodologies to help senior managers better understand the company's key value drivers in a systematic way, and then to mobilise the business around these. He has also adapted the concepts of Managing For Value and applied them successfully in a public sector context. He is a fully accredited associate of The UK National School of Government.
