Consultant: CT00118

This consultant's original background was in IT but he qualified as an accountant with the Prudential. He implemented their management accounting system and ran the management accounting department before joining Price Waterhouse. As a PW consultant,  he helped to develop and deliver the PW methodology for business process reengineering and used this to manage a number of assignments where he helped to improvement financial processes and then select and implement appropriate financial systems.

In later years, he has taken on roles which have encompassed a broader range of disciplines than finance and usually encompass several elements of change management. For example, he has helped an insurance company to outsource its IT function and have developed best practice guides for clients managing outsourced relationships.

This consultant is comfortable working at all levels of the organisation from administration functions to senior management and directors. He is as happy running facilitation workshops as he is rolling my sleeves up and preparing detailed work packages.  He often act as coach to a company's internal project management team and can be relied upon for his broad range of experience and high work output.

This consultant has usually retained strong links with finance helping recently with the introduction of new systems to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements and International Accounting Standards as well as projects to improve operational risk management to meet the needs of Basle II.  He spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse and reached Senior Manager level (one level below partner) and has been independent now for nearly 7 years. Most of his independent work has been on an associate basis for other small consultancies.

He has over 26 years business and management consultancy experience.  A Qualified accountant and Prince 2 qualified with a unique range of experience combining:
