This consultant has extensive experience shaping and leading complex change programmes, and takes pride in developing strong business ownership to ensure long term sustainability of the outcomes.

Working with private sector clients across financial services, retail and professional services, as well as on engagements in the Public Sector, she has a reputation for helping the client to “make it happen”, working with them to develop and deliver inspiring and motivating programmes.

Formerly an associate partner with Accenture where she worked for 15 years, she left in 2002 to form her own consultancy, specialising in helping clients to make change happen from the inside out.

She has a proactive, pragmatic style and likes working as an integral part of the client team. Whether working in a consulting capacity or as an interim director, she is equally comfortable in the board room or “at the coal-face”.
